Owner / Manager of Laughing Dog Ranch LLC, a
breeder of nationally competitive Sport Horses and Ponies as well as
Staffordshire Bull Terriers. Has fought for Earl Warren Showgrounds
since the 90's, as well as for the Douglas Family Preserve dog park.
She was a co-founder and past President of DogPACSB, past V.P. of the
Channel City Kennel Club and the SB Trails Council. As a former Mental
Health Therapist, Public Educator and 4-H Advisor, she feels that
equine and other livestock activities are crucial for kids as well as
adults who are now more removed from the natural world than ever.
Earl Warren Showgrounds provides a crucial, real world / historical
link to livestock activities for Santa Barbarans and visitors alike. |

Michael Damianos Performance Horses
is based in Ojai, California and has produced over 50 National and
Reserve National Champions. Personal experience includes adjudicating
at many of the most prestigious horse shows in the United States and
serving as a clinician at the Arabian Horse Association, Judges Seminar
and the International Equine Judges Seminar. Judged shows in Canada,
Europe, South America and Japan and is a two-time recipient of the
Arabian Professional and Amateur Association's Working Western Trainer
of the Year Award. |

President. Associated with Earl Warren Showgrounds since childhood and has shown, bred and trained national champion Welsh and Sport Ponies since 1963. Technical Coordinator for numerous horse shows for more than two decades and experienced medical practice manager, consultant and entrepreneur. |

Involved with horses since
age 5, riding and showing experience has spanned multiple breeds and
various disciplines locally, throughout the SoCal region and across the
U.S. Ultimately, a focus on Arabs led to a career as a breeding farm
and multiple show barn manager that began in the mid 70s and continues
today. Also a horseshow manager with 20 plus years experience with,
among others, AHA Region 2 Championship shows which, since the mid 80s,
has often been the largest show at Earl Warren Showgrounds. Has also
managed other events that include Equitana, Horse Expo and multiple
fairs and promotional events. Organizational positions include Director
of the Arabian Horse Association, President of the Santa Barbara
Arabian Horse Association and chair of several AHA national committees. |

Her multi-decade connection to Earl Warren Showgrounds includes not only her own experiences but also those of her daughters, making the preservation, improvement and on-going maintenance of the Showgrounds a top priority founded on a strong personal commitment. |
